Govind Dev Ji

Originally a grand seven-storey temple built in red sandstone, Govind Dev Ji temple was established by Raja Man Singh of Amber in the 16th century. Though partially dismantled historically, the remaining structure is an impressive example of temple architecture.

Gopinath Ji

One of the seven principal temples of Vrindavan, Gopinath Ji is associated with Madhu Pandit, a disciple of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. The temple is known for its serene atmosphere and traditional worship.

Madan Mohan Ji

Perched on a hillock near the Yamuna, Madan Mohan Ji is believed to be one of the oldest temples in Vrindavan. The original structure dates back several centuries and is closely associated with Chaitanya Mahaprabhu's visit to Vrindavan.

Radha Damodar Ji

A temple of great historical significance, Radha Damodar Ji houses sacred Govardhana Shilas. It is closely associated with the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition and was the bhajan kutir of Rupa Goswami.

Radha Shyamsundar Ji

Part of the Sapta Devalaya, Radha Shyamsundar Ji temple carries the legacy of the early Gaudiya Vaishnava goswamis who established temples in Vrindavan. It maintains traditional seva patterns.

Radha Gokulananda Ji

The seventh of the Sapta Devalaya, Radha Gokulananda Ji temple houses deities and sacred items associated with several prominent Gaudiya Vaishnava teachers.

Rangnath Ji (Rangji) Mandir

A striking temple built in the South Indian Dravidian style, Rangji Mandir features a towering gopuram that is visible from across Vrindavan. The temple is dedicated to Lord Ranganatha and blends North and South Indian architectural traditions.

A mysterious sacred grove in the heart of Vrindavan. According to tradition, the trees here are believed to transform at night. Nidhivan is closely associated with the legends of Swami Haridas and the divine pastimes.

Seva Kunj

A sacred garden in Vrindavan traditionally associated with the divine pastimes. Seva Kunj is closed after sunset, and local tradition holds that sacred events continue to take place here at night.

Shringar Vat

Located within Seva Kunj, this ancient banyan tree is traditionally regarded as the place where Radha and Krishna's adornment pastimes took place, as described in devotional poetry.

Gopeshwar Mahadev

A unique temple dedicated to Lord Shiva in his form as Gopeshwar, the guardian of Vrindavan. According to tradition, Shiva took the form of a gopi to participate in the Raas Leela.

Vanshivat

Traditionally believed to be the spot where Lord Krishna played his flute (vanshi) under a banyan tree, calling the gopis of Vrindavan. The site is considered deeply sacred by devotees.

Imli Tala

An ancient tamarind tree site associated with Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, who is said to have sat here in deep meditation. The site is particularly significant for the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition.

Shahji Mandir

Known for its exquisite marble work and intricate carvings, Shahji Mandir was built by a wealthy devotee. The temple features delicate Belgian glass chandeliers and detailed sculptural panels.

Jaipur Mandir

Built by the royal family of Jaipur, this temple showcases Rajasthani architectural elements with ornate sandstone carvings. The spacious courtyard and elevated platform offer views of the surrounding area.

Katyayani Peeth

A temple dedicated to Goddess Katyayani, traditionally associated with the story of the gopis worshipping the goddess to attain Krishna as their husband, as described in the Bhagavata Purana.

Pagal Baba Mandir

A large, multi-storey temple complex known for its distinctive architecture. Built over several decades, the temple features numerous floors with various deities and elaborately decorated halls.
